You can view Tools and Info without logging in. New fab users should apply for access using the membership form and completing the lab access request process on QT9.
It is mandatory for users to book and log all jobs that use the following equipment:
- ICP etchers, HF vapour etcher, XeF2 etch system
- Metal coater
- Dielectric coater
- ICPCVD tool
- Sputterer
- Mask aligners
- Spinners & spray coater
- RTA
All other equipment can be booked/ on an optional basis but booking of all tools is mandatory for work after 6pm and at weekends. A booked slot on a tool always has precedence over an unbooked slot.
